2800 N Reading Road in Adamstown, PA

Guests will be directed to the lower IronSpire and Welcome Home Thrift back lots for parking. Vendors will be directed to the back lot for parking once set up. Vendors can pass through Welcome Home Thrift & More for easy access.

This is a rain-or-shine event.

Each approved participant (vendors and food trucks) is committed to contributing 5% of their gross sales to HOME International's local outreach, supporting those in financial distress within our community.

The early-bird space fee is $50 for an 8-foot x 8-foot covered space (limited) or a 10-foot x 10-foot uncovered space (vendor provides tent). Vendors are responsible for all components necessary to operate for the day, including point of sale, tables, data signal hotspot, and tent (if required). The early bird rate expires March 31, 2026, at which time the fee will increase to $65.

Food trucks are exempt from the space fee.

A submitted application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be processed through May 9 or until spots are filled.

Applicants will receive an acceptance or decline email from oasis@homeinternational.org

within 7-10 business days. The acceptance email will include a link for payment, as well as a digital contract to sign. Space is not reserved until the signed contract and payment are submitted.
