Vendor Agreement

Upon signing this Vendor Agreement, the undersigning vendor is entered into an agreement by and between HOME International, Inc. ("Oasis Makers Market").


Event Details

Saturday, June 6, 2026

10:00 am-4:00 pm (set-up morning of)

at the IronSpire Tower Shoppes


Booth Rental

Vendor agrees to rent a booth space at Oasis Makers Market for the specified event dates.


Each booth is an 8-foot x 8-foot covered space or a 10-foot x 10-foot uncovered space.


The booth rental fee is $50, payable to HOME International, Inc. with this signed agreement. Signed agreements and payments must be completed by May 9. Space is not reserved until full payment is received.


Booth location will be determined by Oasis Makers Market and communicated to the Vendor prior to the event.


Electric supply is limited and must be arranged in advance with the host during the application process.


All vendors are encouraged to display clear signage identifying their business name. Signage must be securely attached and not obstruct walkways or neighboring booths.


Each vendor is responsible for everything necessary for setup.


Food trucks are exempt from the booth fee.

Vendor Responsibilities

The vendor agrees to set up and maintain their booth space in a professional and presentable manner.


The vendor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits or licenses to sell their products.


The vendor is responsible for their sales transactions and must comply with all applicable tax laws.


Each vendor will track their sales using their payment system with their hotspot for data connection.


Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting their own sales tax in accordance with local and state laws. Oasis Makers Market does not collect or report sales tax on behalf of vendors.


Oasis Makers Market strives to offer a family-friendly environment. Vendors and Food Truck Operators commit to offering products and services that reflect this commitment. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner with customers, fellow vendors, and staff. Failure to do so may result in dismissal without refund.


At HOME International, Inc., people are at the center of our mission. As an event participant, each vendor is expected to engage with customers in a meaningful interaction and provide excellent service. Vendor customer service is taken into consideration when evaluating future participation.


Liability and Insurance

Oasis Makers Market and HOME International, Inc. assume no liability for any loss, damage, or theft of the Vendor's products or property during the event. Vendor is encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their products and booth materials.

Parking

Load-in/out parking is limited. Load in/out at the Welcome Home parking entrance but must move quickly to keep traffic moving for all vendors. Vendor vehicle parking is in the Welcome Home Thrift & More back parking lot during the event.


Set-Up & Tear-Down

Set-up will start at 7:00 am the day of the event and must be completed no later than 9:45 am. Local businesses open at 9:00 am, so customers may arrive before the event's official start time. The earlier a vendor completes their setup, the sooner they start making sales!


Food trucks should be set up by 9:45 am unless other arrangements have been made prior to the event.


Since the venue is on solid surfaces, vendors are encouraged to secure their tent with some type of weights (if applicable).


Vendors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event. Please do not begin packing up your booth until 4:00 pm.

Waiver & Release

Vendor agrees to take full responsibility and hold Oasis Makers Market, HOME International, Inc., and IronSpire Complex harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Vendor's participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues related to the loss, damage, or theft of Vendor's products or property during the course of the event.


By participating, the Vendor grants permission for Oasis Makers Market and HOME International, Inc. to use photographs or video of their booth and products for promotional or documentation purposes.


Payment

A signed contract and full payment fo the vendor fee ($50) is due within 14 days of application acceptance. Payment can be made online, via Venmo (@HOMEInternational), or by check payable to HOME International, Inc. and mailed to 745 White Oak Road, Denver PA 17517.


Vendor payments returned due to insufficient funds will incur a $35 fee and must be resolved within 5 business days or risk forfeiture of their booth.


Any vendor submitting payment after May 9 may be subject to a $25 late fee and booth availability cannot be guaranteed.


Contributions

As an Oasis Makers Market participant, each Vendor and food truck owner agrees to contribute 5% of their gross sales to HOME International, Inc.


Contributions should be completed by the end of the event and before leaving the venue. This means the Vendor must come prepared with a way to track total sales AND be ready to donate 5% of those sales in the form of cash, check, Venmo, or credit/debit card. Contributions can also be made at homeinternational.org/oasis.


A HOME International, Inc. representative will be available to assist with financial contributions.


The 5% of all sales contributions has been included in Oasis Makers Market promotions. Thank you in advance for protecting the integrity of this event by making your 5% contribution by the end of the event on June 6.

Cancellation

The Oasis Makers Market is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of extreme weather (e.g., lightning, high winds, flooding), the event organizers will issue real-time updates by email or text. Vendors should ensure their booth is weighted and weather-resistant.


Should there be an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the Host holds the right to cancel or reschedule the event if necessary. In the event of cancellation by the Host, vendors will receive a full refund.


Should the Vendor choose to cancel the reservation before May 9, 2026, 50% of the payment will be refunded. After May 9, payment is non-refundable.

By choosing "I accept," you consent to the terms of this agreement, which constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Contract and full $50 payment is due within 14 days from application acceptance. Payment may be made online, via Venmo, or by check payable to HOME International, Inc., 745 White Oak Rd Denver, PA 17517. Space is not reserved until full payment has been received. Oasis Makers Market reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with a prorated refund of booth rental fees.
