Waiver & Release
Vendor agrees to take full responsibility and hold Oasis Makers Market, HOME International, Inc., and IronSpire Complex harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Vendor's participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues related to the loss, damage, or theft of Vendor's products or property during the course of the event.
By participating, the Vendor grants permission for Oasis Makers Market and HOME International, Inc. to use photographs or video of their booth and products for promotional or documentation purposes.
Payment
A signed contract and full payment fo the vendor fee ($50) is due within 14 days of application acceptance. Payment can be made online, via Venmo (@HOMEInternational), or by check payable to HOME International, Inc. and mailed to 745 White Oak Road, Denver PA 17517.
Vendor payments returned due to insufficient funds will incur a $35 fee and must be resolved within 5 business days or risk forfeiture of their booth.
Any vendor submitting payment after May 9 may be subject to a $25 late fee and booth availability cannot be guaranteed.
Contributions
As an Oasis Makers Market participant, each Vendor and food truck owner agrees to contribute 5% of their gross sales to HOME International, Inc.
Contributions should be completed by the end of the event and before leaving the venue. This means the Vendor must come prepared with a way to track total sales AND be ready to donate 5% of those sales in the form of cash, check, Venmo, or credit/debit card. Contributions can also be made at homeinternational.org/oasis.
A HOME International, Inc. representative will be available to assist with financial contributions.
The 5% of all sales contributions has been included in Oasis Makers Market promotions. Thank you in advance for protecting the integrity of this event by making your 5% contribution by the end of the event on June 6.
