Vendor Agreement

Upon signing this Vendor Agreement, the undersigning vendor is entered into an agreement by and between HOME International, Inc. ("Oasis Makers Market").


Event Details

Saturday, May 10, 2025

10 am-4 pm (set-up morning of)

at the Ironspire Complex Pavilions


Booth Rental

Vendor agrees to rent a booth space at Oasis Makers Market for the specified event dates.


Each booth is an 8-foot x 8-foot covered space or a 10-foot x 10-foot uncovered space.


The booth rental fee is $100, payable to HOME International, Inc. with this signed agreement. Signed agreements and payments must be completed by April 10. Space is not reserved until full payment is received.


Booth location will be determined by Oasis Makers Market and communicated to the Vendor prior to the event.


Each vendor is responsible for everything necessary for setup.


Food trucks are exempt from the booth fee.

Vendor Responsibilities

The vendor agrees to set up and maintain their booth space in a professional and presentable manner.


The vendor is responsible for obtaining necessary permits or licenses to sell their products.


The vendor is responsible for their sales transactions and must comply with all applicable tax laws.


Each vendor will track their sales using their payment system with their hotspot for data connection.


Oasis Makers Market strives to offer a family-friendly environment. Vendors and Food Truck Operators commit to offering products and services that reflect this commitment.


Liability and Insurance

Oasis Makers Market and HOME International, Inc. assume no liability for any loss, damage, or theft of the Vendor's products or property during the event. Vendor is encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their products and booth materials.

Parking

Vendors may pull up to their designated spot to unload for setup/tear down when possible but are expected to move their vehicles into the Welcome Home Thrift & More back parking lot during the time of the event.


Set-Up & Tear-Down

Set-up will start at 7:00 am the day of the event and must be completed no later than 9:45 am. Local businesses open at 9:00 am, so customers may arrive before the event's official start time. The earlier a vendor completes their setup, the sooner they start making sales!


Food trucks should be set up by 9:45 am unless other arrangements have been made prior to the event.


Each booth is accessible by vehicle for unloading and loading only. Vehicles should be moved once loaded or unloaded for easy accessibility for everyone.


Vendors are expected to stay for the entirety of the event. Please do not begin packing up your booth until 4:00 pm.

Waiver & Release

Vendor agrees to take full responsibility and hold Oasis Makers Market, HOME International, Inc., and Ironspire Complex harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Vendor's participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any issues related to the loss, damage, or theft of Vendor's products or property during the course of the event.


Contributions

As an Oasis Makers Market participant, each Vendor and food truck owner agrees to contribute 5% of their gross sales to HOME International, Inc.


Contributions should be completed by the end of the event and before leaving the venue. This means the Vendor must come prepared with a way to track total sales AND be ready to donate 5% of those sales in the form of cash, check, Venmo, or credit/debit card. Contributions can also be made at homeinternational.org/oasis.


A HOME International, Inc. representative will be available to assist with financial contributions.


The 5% of all sales contributions has been included in Oasis Makers Market promotions. Thank you in advance for protecting the integrity of this event by making your 5% contribution by the end of the event on May 10.

Cancellation

The Oasis Makers Market is a rain-or-shine event. Should there be an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the Host holds the right to cancel or reschedule the event if necessary. In the event of cancellation by the Host, vendors will receive a full refund.


Should the Vendor choose to cancel the reservation before April 10, 2025, 50% of the payment will be refunded. After April 10, payment is non-refundable.

By choosing "I accept," you consent to the terms of this agreement, which constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. A full payment of $100 is due upon signing this contract. Payment may be made online, via Venmo, or by check payable to HOME International, Inc., 745 White Oak Rd Denver, PA 17517. Space is not reserved until full payment has been received. Oasis Makers Market reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with a prorated refund of booth rental fees.
